Links with other Schools
The Omega Cluster
Meonstoke School has always made a point of being outward-looking and forward-thinking.
We place a high priority on working with other schools to increase our
own expertise and to give our pupils chance to mix with other local children.
Meonstoke School is one of six rural schools that make up the Omega Cluster
Group. The others are Droxford Junior, Newtown Soberton, Durley, Upham
and Curdridge. As Village Schools we share many aims, objectives and strengths,
as well as challenges. The group provides opportunities for the staff to
share expertise, training, curriculum planning and resources, and for the
children to share in projects and activities.
